Team King has a focus on military-style presentation and teamwork. They field multiple quads in the arena during any one season and their general concept of pleasing the crowd while on offense tends more towards flashy military-seque firepower. This is generally known as their attempts to balance their known cautious, methodical play in the arena. While this playstyle produces victories in the arena, leading to Team King to dominate the league, it is also often called too-predictable and uncreative, and it does not draw audiences on its own.
On the defense side, Team King is known for their dinosaur themed sims. The AR mobs they populate their sims with run the gamut from the well-known types from multiple eras such as velociraptors, pterodactyles, and T-Rexes to niche or since-disproven species of prehistoric fauna. Part of the team’s PR skews educational, and their defensive sims are designed to capitalize on the general human fascination with megafauna.
